Ahhh, 4th of July...

...my absolute favorite holiday. And, thanks to my pyro-happy neighborhood, it's celebrated all week with the smell and sight of fireworks that blast in the sky. Don't get me wrong, I love ANY holiday associated with eating, drinking and gathering (and heck, who doesn't love a 3 day weekend?), but there's something about the 4th of July that I just love. To start the celebration, I made these little cupcakes to take to work.
